Before You Reserve
Please review the following information before completing your reservation.
Reservation Window
To ensure availability and allow us time to prepare every detail, reservations must be placed at least 14 days before your celebration date. Planning something sooner? Contact us to check availability for last-minute reservations.
Reservation Fee
Twenty percent (20%) of the rental price constitutes a non-refundable Reservation Fee. This fee secures your celebration date and holds your selected FêteBox out of inventory. It is non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Terms & Conditions.
Booking within 15 days of delivery? Your reservation falls immediately within our cancellation window and may not be eligible for a full refund. The applicable refund or credit depends on when your written cancellation request is received. Please review the Cancellation Policy before reserving.
Security Deposit
The applicable refundable security deposit, which may vary by collection, is paid in full at booking. After your FêteBox has been returned and the post-return inspection is complete, any remaining deposit refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Additional bank or card-processing time may apply.
Delivery
Your FêteBox will be delivered approximately 24 hours before your scheduled celebration, giving you plenty of time to set everything up at your own pace. Your confirmed delivery window will appear in your booking confirmation.
Celebration Time
Our collections are designed for celebrations lasting up to 3 hours. After your celebration, you’ll have additional time to carefully repack everything using the included Return Guide.
Pickup
After your celebration, you’ll have up to 3 hours to repack your FêteBox using the included Return Guide. Your pickup time will be confirmed the day before your celebration, and we’ll call approximately one hour before arrival to let you know we’re on our way.
Returns
Please return all reusable items included with your FêteBox. Guests may keep the items they create, along with any keepsakes, consumables, or purchased add-ons specifically identified in the booking as take-home items.
Please note: Detailed information regarding cancellations, credits, refunds, security deposits, damages, and additional policies is provided in our Terms & Conditions. Cancellation and rescheduling deadlines are measured from the scheduled delivery date.
