Every child deserves a meaningful way to join the celebration. One complimentary All-Ability Activity may be requested with each activity package for a participating child who would benefit from a sensory-friendly or simplified alternative.

Before You Reserve
Please review the following information before completing your reservation.
Reservation Window
To ensure availability and allow us time to prepare every detail, reservations must be placed at least 14 days before your celebration date. Planning something sooner? Contact us to check availability for last-minute reservations.
Reservation Fee
Twenty percent (20%) of the reservation price constitutes a non-refundable Reservation Fee. This fee secures your celebration date and holds your selected Creative Experience out of availability. It is non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Terms & Conditions.
Booking within 15 days of delivery? Your reservation falls immediately within our cancellation window and may not be eligible for a full refund. The applicable refund or credit depends on when your written cancellation request is received. Please review the Cancellation Policy before reserving.
Delivery
Your Creative Experience will be delivered approximately 1 hour before your celebration begins, with everything beautifully organized and ready for the activity. We’ll confirm your delivery timing by text before your celebration.
Celebration Time
Creative Experiences are reserved for celebrations lasting up to 3 hours.
Pickup
Your Creative Experience will be picked up approximately 1–2 hours after your celebration ends. When the activity is finished, simply place all reusable FêteBox items back into the provided containers. We’ll take care of the rest. We’ll confirm your pickup timing by text before your celebration.
Returns
Please return all reusable FêteBox items included with your Creative Experience. Guests may keep the items they create, along with any keepsakes or consumables specifically identified as take-home items.Missing or damaged reusable items may be subject to replacement charges in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Please note: Detailed information regarding cancellations, credits, refunds, security deposits, damages, and additional policies is provided in our Terms & Conditions. Cancellation and rescheduling deadlines are measured from the scheduled delivery date.
